Based on the data provided, we will send a fax or e-mail with the cost estimate, information on our technical capacity and the feasibility of carrying out the event. As part of the technical feasibility assurance, we recommend to test the connection with the remote sites included. The date for this test may be included as from the booking date. It is advisable to make bookings at least two weeks in advance of the date on which the event is scheduled. In case you do not have a clear idea of the services you will need for an event, AVR's personnel would be most pleased to help.
